Pole Rentals

Rent and check out poles through the PVR app. Call Garrett for questions about sizing and availability.

AZPVA maintains a large on-site pole fleet. We use the PVR (Pole Vault Rental) app for checkouts and rentals.

Live pole inventory

Flex numbers on the live inventory use the AZPVA “Gurt” flex scale and may differ from manufacturer flex. Contact us if you need an actual flex reading.

Rental options (via PVR)

  • 3-day rental: Non-club members renting for a single meet — $30 / pole
  • Meet checkout (Elite members only): First 3 poles free; each additional pole 50% off standard ($15 / pole). Coupon code posted in the gym for Elite members.
  • Monthly rental: $99 / month for any pole with free, unlimited exchanges

Checkout timing

Ideal checkout time is between club sessions on vault days — typically Tuesday / Thursday around 6pm. If that doesn’t work, contact a coach to arrange another time.

Returns

A PVR Tag is posted on the side of the gym by the turf. Check poles in from the app, then tap your phone to the tag to confirm you’re at the facility. Place successfully checked-in poles in the designated turf pile.

Elite meet checkouts: poles checked out for a meet must be returned by the next practice session after your meet.
